この日は焼肉デイ。
堺筋本町駅すぐの「ホルモン焼肉忍鬨堺筋本町」さんへ。
こんなご時世ですが、焼肉屋さんは換気も良いし、新店舗どんどんオープンしておりますな。
今のご時世、個室って安心。
店内はパーテーションで区切られら個室が並びます。
今のご時世、個室って安心材料やし、お店選びのポイントにもなりますね。
僕はあんまり個室好きじゃないけど、そうも行ってられない時ですしね。
このコスパの高さは人気出るのも納得ぶっちゃけSNS映えの焼肉屋さんと思っていましたが、そんなことはなかった。
万両出身のオーナーさんは、産地の限定こそされていませんが、お肉の仕入れにもこだわり、セントラルキッチンも利用しながら、安くで美味い肉が食べられる体制づくりをされています。
厚切りネギ包みタン1450円

これこれ、一時期インスタで出まくってましたよね。
真似されているお店も多いですし。
厚切りタンを使っているのはコチラが元祖とのこと。
ちゃんと火入れするとプリッと歯切れの良い食感に。
ネギダレのシャキシャキと旨味がまた良し。
これはマストです。
トロ塩タン1350円

タン元だけを使った一皿。
プリッとした弾力とフワッとした柔らかさ。
白センマイ680円
丁寧な処理。
食感も良し。
タンユッケ1100円
美しい・・！
タン推しのお店ならではのユッケ。
国産フィレ980円
国産のフィレがこの値段はマジで凄い。
お店曰くほぼ原価で利益出てないとのこと。
めちゃくちゃ上質なフィレというわけではないけど、この値段は安すぎる。
食べる価値あり。
ウチヒラ980円
ガツンと赤身肉の旨味。
柚子胡椒であっさり。
上ミノ780円
コリコリと固すぎず、気持ちの良い食感。
これもオススメ。
ゲタカルビ980円
凄い脂に見えますが、しっかりやくと脂が溶け出して、口の中でとろけます。
これもオススメ。
炙りユッケ丼1380円
シメにご飯もの。
目の前で炙ってくれるパフォーマンス付き。
ずっと、SNS映えのミーハー焼肉と思ってあんまり興味持ってなかった自分を叱りつけたい。
ちゃんと美味いしコスパ高かったです！！
