2021.02オープンの新スタイルのお店、看板通り「菓子 料理 酒」を提供されるスタイルでカフェ〜ディナー〜飲みにも対応できる守備力の広さはいい意味で大阪っぽくなく気になってました。
この日はディナーコースをオーダー、フレンチベースのイノベーティブに近いスタイルですかね。
食材への火入れの加減が素晴らしく、食感や味のレイヤーが楽しい&美味しかった。
キャリアとしての幅広い調理技術だけでなくご自身でも色々食べる経験をされているシェフなのでは、と勝手に感じました。訪問前の食材確認も丁寧で好感が持てました。
ドリンクはコンブチャなどのノンアルも充実してました。ナチュールもあるみたいですが個人的には酒が飲めるなら日本酒を合わせたいメニューが多かった!
10800円のコースならデザートも着くようです、今回のコースはデザートなしなのでショーケースからカヌレを…ここ数年で食べたカヌレの中で一番美味しかったです。
夜はお酒を楽しみながら…がベストなお店です!
