本町から徒歩数分、堺筋本町との間にあるレストラン。
夜は本格的なコース料理が味わえるお店ですがお昼の時間はカフェとして営業されています。
土曜日の13時ごろにカフェ利用で伺いました。
お店入ったところにショーケースがあって焼き菓子が並んでます。
そこでまず注文とお会計してから店内へ。
カウンター席と、奥にはテーブルが3卓ありました。
焼き菓子迷ったけど、パッションフルーツとトンカ豆のキャラメルケーキというのが珍しかったのでそれにした。
あとアイスティー。
生地にキャラメルとトンカ豆が練り込まれています。
トンカ豆そこまで主張してなくてふんわり。
パッションフルーツのコンフィチュールが真ん中に入ってます。
全体的に名前よりは甘さも酸っぱさもなくて食べやすいふわっとしたケーキだった。
食感もしっとりというよりはしっとりとふんわりの間くらいかな。パサパサはしてないです。
美味しいけど個人的にはもう少ししっとり滑らかだとなおうれしい。
