【雰囲気】
バーなのかカフェなのかレストランなのか…多分全てに当てはまるお店。こじんまりとしてるように見えて、奥行き広くてオープンで明るい雰囲気。洗練された感じのお店で、背筋がしゃんとする、だけど、肩肘張らなくていいそんなお店。ちょっと贅沢したいなって時に使い勝手いい◎

コース料理のみ。
この日いただいたのは6品+最後にデザート。
①トリュフと柚子のケークサレ
チョリソーがふんだんに練り込まれてて、噛めば噛むほどチョリソーの塩気が感じられる。そこに杏のジャムの甘さが組み合わさって、前菜から最高な一品。
②ホワイトアスパラとモロヘイヤのサラダ
蕗とか季節のお野菜も使われてて、貝も入ってて、酸味も感じながらさっぱりいただける。
③桜肉と苺のタルタル
苺の下に桜肉が隠れてる、見た目だけではデザートみたいやけど、お肉のタルタルがこれまた美味しい。山わさびのソルベが添えてあって、程よいアクセントに。
④筍といくらと菊芋
貝をエスプーマ風に(?)ミルクみたいにスープ仕立てで。
⑤真鯛と大麦と菜の花と
真鯛がほわっほわで美味しかった。絶妙な火入れ加減で最高!
⑥蝦夷鹿と百合根
鹿ってジビエの象徴たるものやけど、美味しすぎて柔らかすぎて、ビーフかと思うくらいやった。
百合根も、こんなにふんだんに贅沢にいただくことってまぁないから、たくさん食べられて幸せやった。百合根の食感大好き。
⑦カヌレ
ショーケースに並んでる中から選んだけど、お持ち帰りもしたくなるくらい焼き菓子の種類豊富でどれも美味しそうやった。カヌレは、外ザックザクで中もっちもち。
