廣澤シェフのコース料理を食べる会
久々に廣澤さんのコース料理を堪能できる会で伺いました。
せこがにの卵白炒め美味しいなー。京都の店オープンまでの空白期間に食べる廣澤さんの料理はやはり最高でした。

蓮心廣澤さんとのコラボで1周年イベント。バーダック22系列店の中華。ワインのラインアップも秀逸。最高の街中華でした。
大阪のグルメ好き達の溜まり場のひとつであるバーダック22。その系列店であるこの店舗で蓮心廣澤さんのイベントがあるとのことで急遽参加。店の名前はスワンと読むらしいです。
前半はコース、後半はアラカルト。後半の部だったのでのんびり楽しめました。
胡麻豆腐、点心から始まりあとは各自注文。大皿料理をシェアするスタイルなので頑張って色々食べました 笑笑
食べたものは以下の通り。
普段はコース仕様の高級中華料理を出す蓮心廣澤さんの街中華アラカルト。最高に美味しかったです。次機会があったら焼き餃子とかも作ってほしいなー。
スワンの料理はバーダックで注文して食べることもできる(はず)なのでそういう楽しみ方もあり。

夜は中華ですが昼はラーメン屋。
3種あるうちカレーラーメンを選択。
総合力高くチャーシューもスープも麺も、よく調和していて美味しいです。
これで並ばずに入れてゆっくり食べられるとか最高でしょ。強いて言えば駅から少し距離があるので良い運動になります 笑
