心斎橋商店街にある本場の雰囲気漂う中華料理屋さん。
入り口にある刀削麺の文字に惹かれ、女性1人で入ってみました。
入り口に食券機があり、各ラーメンは刀削麺以外の麺も選べるとのことでしたが、この日はもちろん刀削麺をチョイス。
店内に入ると男性客も女性客も、複数の人も1人の人もいて、1人でも入りやすかったです。
席についてから注文票に好みの麺の種類と量(少量か普通が選べました！)、パクチーやラー油の有無などが選べ、席番号を書いた上で食券と共に渡して注文完了です。
厨房の方も日本人ではなく中華系の方のようで味に期待しながら待っていましたが、期待を遥かに上回る美味しいスープでした！
お肉も柔らかくて、お腹の余裕があればスープ全部飲み干したいくらいでした！
女性は少量でも十分かもしれません！
