心斎橋北商店街にあるカンフー。
水はマシンでセルフ。
ウーロン茶。
前回別の店でホルモンを揚げたカスが美味しかったので、四川料理の豚ホルモンの鉄板焼きを頼んでみた。

もちろんこれはこれで美味しい。
ピリ辛ホルモンは美味いなあ。
例によってカニチャーハンを頼み。

ホルモンとチャーハンは合う。
美味い美味いとスプーンが止まらず、あっという間に完食。
豚ホルモンの四川風鉄板焼きはチャーハンとよく合う事が判った。ピリ辛四川料理はオンザライスのみならず、チャーハンともよく合う。ただ前回麻婆豆腐をオンザライスしてみて豆腐の役割の大きさも再認識できた。どうやら私は四川の深い沼にはまってしまったようだ。次回さらに別の種類の麻婆豆腐をオンザチャーハンしてみる予定。
