今回は、本町にある鶏専門店の【京鶏】さんに行ってきました
今回いただいたのは
鶏かつ丼 900yen
鶏かつ丼はヘルシーでめっちゃサクサクで美味しかった
卵で閉じるときに、カツを卵の上に乗せる形で提供されるのでサクサク感が残ってるのが最高
出汁の吸い取りは少ないかもしらんけど、卵と一緒に食べたら全然問題ない
山椒や一味で味変も美味しかった
ボリュームもしっかりあって美味しかったです
