靱公園近くの人気ベーカリー
「パネーナ」を訪問。
谷六にもお店があって
前からずっと気になっていたお店。
◯ソーセージドッグ
香り豊かなずっしりもっちりした生地に
大ぶりなソーセージとラタトゥユ。
ソーセージ、ジューシーすぎる。
唯一の欠点は食べにくいこと。
◯ゴルゴンゾーラとくるみはちみつ
ハードなずっしりした生地。
ゴルゴンゾーラがかなりしっかり効いている。
チーズ好きの自分にとっては
これ以上ない美味しさ。
◯スコーン
何種類もあったから
多分人気商品なんだろう。
王道っぽく見えて
外側がカリッと
いや、もはやガリッとってくらい
しっかり焼き上げられている。
これは意外と珍しい食感な気がする
美味しかった！
パン屋の満足感って味だけじゃなくて
お店の陳列とか味の組み合わせとか
そういうのも重要で、
そう今では
福岡の「アマムダコタン」とか
神戸の「パネホマレッタ」とかのように
選んでるときから食べるときまで
ずっとワクワクさせてくれるお店だった。
