堺筋本町の峰のうどんさん。
朝7:30頃、朝食で入店。スタイリッシュで綺麗な店内、先客一名、壁側のカウンター席に着席。
朝うどんのセットもあったけど、今回は決めていた和牛肉ごぼう天うどん¥1400を注文。席にはウオーターポットと七味とおろし生姜。
牛肉と合うので生姜を入れて下さい、うどんが出し汁を吸うのでヤカンの出し汁を足して下さいとうどんが登場。
ゴロゴロサイコロ状の牛肉にうす切りのごぼう天がたっぷり。
麺は柔らかいけどモチモチ食感が心地良し。牛肉の旨味とごぼう天の油分が溶け出した出し汁はもちろん全汁。
朝から贅沢なうどんだけど大満足。
