まだ開店して半年ほど。福岡出身の店主渾身の福岡うどん。（インスタを見るとすごい意気込みですね）
オススメらしい和牛肉ごぼう天うどんをいただきました。まず目を惹くのは薄切りのごぼうを編み上げたごぼう天。表現はどうかとも思いますがわらじのようです。ただこれが出汁を吸って柔らかくなると美味しいんです。和牛肉は、バラの角切りを煮込んだいわゆる「煮込み」がたっぷりと。オススメされたおろししょうががよく合います。これまたこの店独特の「追い出汁」をしながらあっという間に完食です。インスタによると、40分やわやわに茹でたうどんを水で締めずに出汁に放つそうで、絞めてないためどんどん出汁を吸うから「追い出汁」が必要とのこと。出汁そのものが薄甘で優しい味なので最後まで飲み干せますね。博多とんこつラーメンもいいですが、こちらは毎日食べても飽きない味ですね。関西人の味覚にもピッタリ合います。ご馳走様でした。
