去年の秋口にも一度、ハモを食べに来て
今回は2回目の訪問です(^ ^)
今回もハモのフルコースを堪能♡
ハモってフグに比べてあんまり人気ないイメージですが、それはきっと 美味しいハモをみんなが食べたことないからだと思います！
このお店で食べるハモは、骨切りがきちんと丁寧にされてるので 食べやすくて ハモをどこよりも美味しく食べることが出来ます♡
1番楽しみにしていたハモしゃぶ(o^^o)
ここの出汁がまた最高に美味しくて、淡白なハモの美味しさをより引き立ててくれます！
天ぷらも美味しくて、お気に入り！
ハモばっかりでも、食べ方を変えるだけで美味しさが変わって
全然飽きません♡
久保田3種類の飲み比べでは、万寿が1番美味しかったです☆
でんさんでは、月に1つ新しい日本酒を入れるそうで
