煮穴子の炙りもありかと。
穴子と言えば、明石の魚棚の林喜の焼き穴子と決めていたが。
なかなか、世間には美味しい煮穴子もあると再認識した「京橋 すし政」
天満のチェーン展開している すし政 さんとは全く無関係です。(^^)

本鮪 赤身で深い旨味 お値打ちの1500円
サーモン 蛸、平貝、どれも鮮度良好。(^^)

明石の穴子(実は水揚げは淡路島)の煮穴子の炙り
コレ最高です！
明石海峡の穴子と言えば、明石の魚棚の林喜の焼き穴子が最強かと思っていますが、こちらの煮穴子の炙りは是非食べていただきたい逸品です！
煮穴子と言えば、甘く煮て穴子自体の旨味が抜けた食感も 無い印象がこちらの煮穴子は穴子の旨味を閉じ込め食感も残して美味しかった。(^^)
鱚 綺麗な鱚でした。鮮度抜群でした。
最後に赤貝 コレで鮮度の良さもわかります。
食感良好です。
しゃりとネタのバランスも良い。
