仕事が丁寧とのうわさを聞きつけ、京橋界隈のこちらのお店へ。
周辺もインドレストランやカフェが何軒も連なっていて、ランチタイム賑わっています。
シックな引き戸を開けると、店内広々～～。
小上がりあり、テーブル大小あり、カウンターあり。
食事の用途で使い分けられそう。便利な感じ。
ランチは1種類のみ。
着席してから、用意されます。
ジュウジュウカラカラコトコト、いままさに作られてる音。
しばらく待って、アツアツのお膳が運ばれてきます。
古道具を程よく差し込んで、センスの良い器使いにうっとり(*‘ω‘ *)
この日のメインは鱧の唐揚げとホタテの磯部揚げです。
このホタテが甘くて香ばしくて美味しかった！
鱧はカリカリクリスピーでスナック菓子みたいな…
副菜の鶏と水菜の煮びたしは好みの味でした。
出汁茶漬け風のおにぎりも、風味豊かで高級な仕上がり～～。
噂通りの仕事っぷりです。
全体に大変満足いたしました。
