2020年1月ランチタイムに初訪問しました。予約して行きましたところ奥の半個室に案内されました。杉板の木目で壁やテーブルなどコーディネイトされた非常に美しいお部屋です。和をいただくのにふさわしいとワクワクします。
お料理はどのお品も全て素晴らしいの一言に尽きます。出てくるお品は細部にまでこだわったものでその板前魂に魅了されました。「これってどんだけ下ごしらえしているのかしら？」と思い感心いたします。大変丁寧なお仕事されています。
前菜の白和えのころもひとつとってもとろっと感やお味に感服。なまこおろしのなまこの柔らかさにもどうやって作られたのか？と思ってしまう。こ前菜だけでどれくらい時間をかけていることか…(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*) 家では絶対できないお料理ばかり。ひとに感動を与えるお料理ってすごい思いました。
お刺身、椀物と続き、一品は黒毛和牛の赤ワイン煮込み。和のお味でお箸でいただける柔らかさに仕上がっていて素晴らしい！ごはんは魚の炊き込み、優しい味付けです。お客様を大事にされているという気持ちが伝わってきますネ。
お昼のひとときを美味しいお料理で堪能しました。感動をありがとうございました。
