京橋で酒を飲んだ。会社の同僚と少し飲みます~となりましてね。で、こちらのお店にお邪魔をしたのですわ。
言ったのは、たか鳥という名前の焼き鳥屋さんです。確か梅田にもお店があったと思いますけど、京橋の店舗は初めて訪問しました。
で、毎度の如く最初はポテトサラダをパクリと食う。まーこれ早いですしね。そして、美味しいですよね。ビールにあいますから最初のツマミは大概これかな。
そして、続いては炙りをパクリと食いました。地鶏の炙りでしょうかね。噛めば噛むほどに味わいがあるという感じ。
鶏肉の醍醐味ですよね。それから、続いては唐揚げ。これも定番の鳥料理ですわ。特にビールとの相性は抜群です。
今回のみに行った人がビール好きだったので、ビールに相性なもんを食いましたけど、たまにはビールを中心に酒を飲むのも悪くないかも。
