船場汁は大阪 の問屋街である 船場 で生まれた料理 で 船場煮 とも呼ばれ、塩サバ などの魚類と大根などの野菜類を煮込んで作る具沢山の汁の事。タニタとKKRホテル大阪のコラボ料理。大阪にしてはしっかりした味付け。汁が美味い！！！
