普段は家で作るので、お好み焼き屋さんは久しぶりです。
ベーシックな豚玉を注文。
焼いてから運んできてくれます。
鰹ぶしたっぷりかけられるのうれしいです。
生地がしっかり目でした。
もう少し生地の柔らかい風の街風月の方が好みかも。
数十年ぶりに千房のお好み焼きを頂きました。
