●2020年2月22日(土)●
大阪府京橋の地元密着型と思われるお好み焼き屋。
カウンター席には常連さんと思われる方がギッシリ並んでいる。それぞれにお土産を持ちよったりと、完全に地域コミュニティが確立されていた(笑)。
でも一見の私たちにも優しい店で、親切に対応してくれた。
瓶ビールに名物と思われる焼き餃子、そして「こんちくしょう焼き」を注文した。
焼き餃子は少し家庭的なもので、中華料理屋のとも違う。パリッとした羽の食感が嬉しい。
こんにゃくとチクワが入っているらしい「こんちくしょう焼き」はお好み焼きとして素直に美味しい。
関東でふらりと安いお好み焼き屋に入っても、こんなに美味しいお好み焼きは提供していただけない。
続いて「あてモダン(そば)」を注文。いわゆる広島焼きにあたるものなのだが、これがめちゃくちゃ美味しい。
細かく切っていただけたので食べやすく、そばの歯応えも心地よい。
ハイボールも追加して完食！腹八分目で丁度良い具合！
飲んで食べて3000円とちょっと。美味しい上に安すぎる。リーズナブルに美味しいお好み焼きが食べらる関西は素晴らしい地域だ。
