日曜日19時、予約して行ってきました。
先客は2組ほどでしたが、その後続々と。
カウンター以外は埋まります。
座敷も掘りごたつ式なんで、めちゃ嬉しい。
行った段階で、銀色に光る箱が置いてて、
すでにイケてる付き出しが用意されてます。
生頼んで〜
とりあえず造り盛り合わせ‥12種！？
値段1280！？やっす！
付き出しもどれも美味しい〜
いい店は付き出しで分かる‥をやってる感じ。
造り盛！皿からイケてる！
そして、12種全部が２枚ずつ乗ってます！
どれもしっかり魚を寝かしてるだろう、
旨味と歯ごたえ完璧！いいなぁこれ。
手間考えたらもっと取ってもいいやつ。
多分、看板メニューなんでしょうね。
その後、
・賀茂茄子の胡麻あんかけ
・新生姜とゴボウのかきあげ
・ゴーヤの塩昆布和え
と、お酒を何杯か。
ここのメニューは食材ごとに書かれてます。
例えば‥
新生姜↓
かきあげ、甘酢漬け、合鴨ロースの新生姜鍋
みたいな感じです。
日本酒飲もうとしたけど、
ちょうどアテもなくなったところだったので、
出ることに。 会計は8000円弱。納得！
