他部署との飲み会。久しぶりに情報交換会です。
この日は私の仕切りです。京橋界隈で落ち着けるところをと探し出しました。
ご夫婦？お二人での営業です。
小上がりは掘りで楽ちん。
まずは、それぞれドリンクと特選造盛を２つ注文。
乾杯！私は、生です。瓶ビールがいいのですが、ありませんでした。
テーブルには人数分銀色のお重が。突き出しが四種入ってます。なかなか技ありです。
それから、ファーストオーダーです。
・超特大まるごと海老のクリームコロッケ
・ごぼうの旨あげ
・アスパラ塩ゆで
・シーザーサラダ
なかなか、美味しいし、一皿のボリュームもあります。
造りは種類多し、少し冷たさとシャキッと感が弱く感じました。
なかでは、アスパラの塩ゆでが最高に美味しかったです！こんなにぶっといのもたべたことありません。マヨネーズをつけてがぶり。
ごぼうも塩つけて旨いです。ひょっとして野菜が売りですか？
ただ、ゆっくり味わうというよりも、話が面白く夢中になってしまい、ドリンクはどんどんいきました。

ついつい定番料理。下調べしたのに、メニュー見るのが面倒になってしまいました。酔っ払いましたかね。
なかなかいいお店ですね。
丁寧な料理で美味しいです。サービスは、特に愛想があるわけではありませんが、気になりません。ドリンク、料理は素早いサーブで、的確です。
また、ゆっくりしたい時に、再訪したいと思います。大将のおすすめなんか聞きながらもいいかもしれません。
