「大阪城 城灯りの景」帰りの人たちで、森ノ宮近辺が大混雑。
ほっこり瓢箪島も混雑していましたが、何とか座れました。
が、客入りが重なったようで、厨房は大忙し。
お食事をお出しするのに、少々お時間がかかりますとのこと。
タイムリミットまで１時間しかなかったので、早く出てきそうなメニューをオーダー。
おでんのセット、名物すじぼうず、たこわさ、サラダなど、揚げたり焼いたりしなくていいもので乾杯。
おでんの出汁は、薄くてしっかり味。大根、厚揚げなどによくしゅんでいて、美味しかったです。
関東の友達が、出汁の色の薄さにビックリしていました。
関西ダシはこういうものなのよ。
名物すじぼうずは、手で崩したような豆腐に牛すじが入ったひろうすで、手作り感満載でした。
一般的なひろうすよりも、こっちの方が断然好きです。
拳大ぐらいの大きさで、ボリューム満点。
さすが、名物料理。このお店にきたら、まずオーダーすべし！
森ノ宮駅のほんの目の前なので、電車に乗って帰る人には特にオススメです。
親子丼や海鮮丼など、ごはんものも美味しそうでしたよ～★
