ネギシャキシャキ旨い！
揚げは正方形、厚みもあり旨い。
スープ、色は透明に近い。
しかし薄くない、塩分しっかり。
昆布や節系の雰囲気あるが感じづらい。
うどん、ツルツルしかもちょっと旨い。
