After 2pm, I wandered around looking for a restaurant that was open for lunch. It seemed like this one was still open, so I went in. There are 3 types of lunch. I chose B which comes with an appetizer. Comes with soup, focaccia, appetizer and salad. There were two types of pasta: spaghetti with Setouchi sea bream and spring vegetables, and homemade bolognese made with domestic Wagyu beef. I chose spaghettini with red sea bream from Setouchi and spring vegetables. The interior of the store has a luxurious feel. There is also a second floor. I thought reservations were required, but everyone seemed to have no reservations. The soup and homemade focaccia came out quickly, so I waited for my appetizer while eating. Since it was a holiday, I thought I might try some wine, but there was no menu on the table. Everyone else was drinking, so I could have asked them, but I decided against it that day. In addition to salads, appetizers include fritters, quiche, and roasted meat. All had a light seasoning. The pasta looks fresh. The finely chopped ingredients and pasta mix well and are delicious. The flavor is based on the flavors of the ingredients, and the overall taste is bland. I felt it had more volume. There was one small thing that I complained about, but the response wasn't what I expected, and that was the only thing I was disappointed about.
