こんにちは。シュンママです。
毎年、年末の仕事納めの日に会社のみんなでワイワイお弁当を食べる行事があります。
毎年、幹事になってくださった方が、思い入れのあるお店で注文してきてくれます。
今年はどんなお弁当かな〜とワクワク蓋を開けると、、、
まぁ〜色んなお惣菜が詰め込まれた幕の内弁当が顔を出しました(●´ω｀●)
木箱の容器の真ん中にじゃこ飯が四角く入っているのですが、両サイドには天ぷら、煮物、お造り、生麩、鴨ロース、ひじき煮などなど、品数多しでワクワクです。
隣りの方とお喋りしながら頂いたので、一つ一つの詳細は不明ながらも、味付けが丁度良くってウマ〜
だいたい、幕の内弁当って濃いめ(辛め)に仕上げてあることが多いのですが、こちらのお弁当は濃すぎることがありませんでした。
最後の最後まで美味しく食べられたのは、ご飯も美味しく、おじゃこもほんのりと上品な味付けだったからかもです。
