大阪城でランニングをした帰りに友人3人とJR京橋徒歩1分にある表記の焼き鳥店を訪問する。宮崎で養鶏している「赤鶏はるか」というオリジナル銘柄を出す店で毎日超満席の人気店。入口の鴨居が江戸時代の町家のよう低くなっているので、屈んで中に入る。
店内はオープンキッチンのコの字型カウンター席といくつかのテーブル席。ビールで乾杯をして最初の突き出し300円は鶏のアラとくず野菜の煮込みで残念な気持ちになる。
だし巻き玉子580円は形が悪いが味の素がしっかり入っていて骨格のある後を引く味わい。厚揚げ580円も普通。ささみと食べるラー油のまかないサラダ680円。鶏むね湯引き680円はしっとりとした食感でとても美味しい。
お造り盛り合わせ880円（写真は2人前）は炙ったモモ肉、ムネ、ササミ、ココロ、ソリレスなどをごま油と醤油でいただく。「あ」という焼き物は胃の上の部分らしい。コリコリん食感がとてもいい。ひね皮ポン酢480円、ココロ焼き390円、ゴリゴリ食感のつくねは290円。もも炙り950円も鶏に味わいがあって思ったよりも美味しい。
全体的に価格は高めだけど希少部位もいろいろあって美味しかったねと言いながら店を出る。
