運良く予約が取れたので初めて伺いました。サバンナ高橋さんがYouTubeで紹介したことを機にかなり予約が取りにくくなったようです。京橋駅から徒歩数分のところにあるカウンターのみのお店です。寿司大学で勉強して回転ということを考えると、この味はすごいと思いました。握りの好みもあると思いますが、個人的にはシャリとネタのハーモニーは、きちんと修行してこられた大将がにぎるお寿司の方が美味しいと感じました。これからの成長に期待したいです。この値段でこのコースが食べれるのはかなりお得だと思いますし、ぎゅー太郎さんのトークが聞けるのも良いポイントです。また9月に伺います。ご馳走様でした。
