インスタで0時丁度にDMにて予約出来たお店。
ずっと行きたかったけど、予約取れなかったので、かなり期待大で初訪問です。
どれもひと手間がかかってて、お勉強されてるんやろうなぁと感じました。
シャリは酢がしっかり効いてて、これは賛否分かれると思うけど、私は酸っぱいの好きです。
鰻の皮パリもかなり好みです。
大将の条件反射のような取ってつけた笑顔も好みです♪
笑う門には福来るです。
幸せな気分になります。
総合のお味としては、6980円の鮨コースと考えると上出来。
けれど、まだまだ伸びしろがありそうな、これからひと味ももふた味も伸びしろがあるお寿司です。期待大。
次の予約もしてきました。
もうひとつ美味しくなってそうで楽しみです。
