大阪は大阪城公園駅Jo-Terraceにあるラーメン店、すわき後楽さんです。
なんでも岡山発祥のラーメンとのことです。ふーん
うまみ醤油ラーメンにもやしトッピングで注文です。
数分で着丼。
パット見、背脂が表面を埋め尽くしていますが、スープはさほど脂っこさを感じません。
むしろ懐かしい街中華系のあっさりスープ味です。どことなく魚介のうまみも感じます。不思議だ。
もやしは細もやしをさっと湯がいたもの、これもシャキシャキ感があってうまい取り合わせですね。
なぜかJo-terraceのラーメン店は豚骨系が多数、、、もうちょっと幅を持たせてもイイと思うのですが。
