コロナ禍に負けず営業しているお店の応援ランチです。
JR環状線森ノ宮駅の南東方面に少し行ったところにある中華料理屋さん「カオの屋」で、「海鮮あんかけそば+半炒飯」のセットを頂きました。
ここ「カオの屋」は、中国の方(正確には、中国語を話されてる方)が切り盛りする中華料理屋さんです。
前から気になってたのですが、この日は思い切ってお店に入ってみましたよ。
「カオの屋」と言う店名は「カオ」さんのお店と言う意味でしょうかね。よくわかりませんが。
さて、
ここの海鮮あんかけそばですが、軽く炒めた麺の上にあんかけの具材がのった汁なしそばでした。
麺は中太の中華麺。あんかけの具は、白菜、タマネギ、ニンジン、青菜、タケノコ、マッシュルーム、キクラゲも入ってましたね。そして、海鮮はエビとベビーホタテがたっぷり入ってましたわ。
僕は、こんな感じのオイスターソースが使った汁無しのあんかけそばが大好きなんですが。手間がかかるからか、町中華のお店ではあまり見かけないメニューですよね。久々に食べれてめっちゃ嬉しかったです。
炒飯も軽く醤油が効いた炒飯で、なかなか良い感じでしたよ(^O^)／
