お酒に合う京鴨料理から、
鴨の刺身、鴨のしゃぶしゃぶ、
焼きしゃぶまで、
鴨ってこんなたくさんの食べ方
あるんやってびっくり
刺身もボリュームあって新鮮！
鶏刺しほんま好きや
焼きしゃぶは鴨肉の表面を炙って、野菜と一緒にいただくんやけど、
全く臭みとかなくて柔らかい！
おもたくないから、
食べやすかったのが良かった☺️
もうちょっと、
鴨料理堪能したかったんやけど、
お腹に限界来て断念
店内はカジュアル空間で、
