三連休の京橋飲み。
新しくサンピアザビルの6階に出来たプロムナードの新店2軒梯子してすでにかなり酔いモードでこちらの新店に突入ですわ。(^◇^;)
お連れさん情報でこちらの店も最近出来たばかりで店名の通り寿司と天ぷらが美味しく頂けるとの事。
新店やから当たり前ですけど店内はピッカピカ。
2軒目の立ち飲み屋で調子に乗ってかなり飲みましたので今頃ボディーブローが効いて来ましたよ。(^◇^;)
アルコールを吹き飛ばす為に美味しいものを食べましょう。言うてもまた生ビール注文しますけどな。（笑）
生ビールでとりあえず喉を潤し最初に頂いたのはお店お勧めの「本日の造り5種盛」。
綺麗に上品に盛り付けされてます。
サザエも入っていてこれで800円は安い。
味は勿論新鮮で美味しい。
不味い訳無いですからいちいちコメントもどうかと思いますが。（笑）
そして次は天ぷら行きましょう。
ハモと海老。
いやぁ、本格的は高級天ぷら屋さんの様な演出で登場。
これで美味くない訳がありません。天つゆも勿論頂きますがお店のお勧めは卓上に置かれている6種類の塩から好みをチョイスして食べて頂きたいとの事。
そしてやはり寿司です！
寿司オーダーしましょう。
オーダーしたのは、
まずは、
トロタク
生うに
カンパチ
トロタクと生ウニは海苔乗せスタイルでオーダーしました。これがまた木の仕切りの様な物に乗せられて登場です。粋な演出ですな。
その後は、
中トロ
海老
姫ねぎ
とり貝
漬けマグロ
こはだ
トロタクがあんまり美味かったのでもう一度。（笑）
いやぁ…素晴らしかったです。
こう言うレベルの高い店が何気に登場するあたりやはり京橋恐るべしですな。
