お店を訪れたのは17時半頃、テーブル席が空いておらずカウンター席に座り取り敢えず「生中」(396円)を注文します。
運ばれて来た生ビールで喉を潤しメニューを拝見、「おまかせ串盛り合わせ5種盛り」(660円)、「レバー」(50円)を注文。
おまかせ串盛り合わせ5種盛りは 「ハラミ、タン、ネギマ、大トロ、ササミ」の5種類、全て塩で味付けされており塩味が絶妙で「ハラミ」「タン」は弾力のある肉質で「ササミ」はあっさりとした旨みがありどの串も肉汁が溢れる程ジューシーです。
「ねぎま」は白ネギでは無くタマネギが挟まれておりジューシーなお肉との相性も良く、「大トロ」はプリッとした弾力があり脂が濃厚ですがクドさが無くいただけます。
「レバー」(50円)は特有のクセは少しありますが臭みはなくねっとりとした食感と濃厚さがあり醤油のタレがとてもよく合います。
息子が食べていた「もつカレー」(500円)を少し食べてみましたが、もつがトロトロでカレーも寝かしたカレーの様なコクと程よいスパイシーさがあり美味しくいただけました。
追加で注文した「じゃばら」(165円)は食道の部分でかなりの歯応えがありコリコリとした食感、歯の弱い方には少し厳しいかもしれません。
「はつ」(165円)は臭みは無く弾力を感じる歯切れの良い食感で塩で味付けされており仄かな甘みも感じられます。
「豚バラ」(165円)は脂の強さは感じませんがコクがあり弾力がある肉質で塩でさっぱりといただけました。
ひと串のサイズもとても大きく、どの串もお肉に弾力があり肉汁も溢れ塩味も絶妙でリーズナブルで美味しいお店でした。
家族3人で訪れていたからか、気を使っていただき席が空くとすぐにテーブル席へ変えていただきサービス面もとても良いお店でした。
