JR京橋駅から北へ歩くと､どこか懐かしい感じのレトロな商店街があり､昭和感が溢れるお店が多く並びます。
こちらは商店街から少し外れた、鹿児島産の黒さつま鶏「黒王」と地酒が楽しめるお店。
黒を基調にした外観と内観、カウンター8席のみ。
名古屋の名店『吉祥』さんでの修行経験を持つ内田さんが炭火で美味しく焼き上げてくれます。
『黒さつま鶏特別コース」は黒王をふんだんに使用､新鮮な食材の魅力を最大限に生かしたコースです。
紀州備長炭の香り､外はパリパリ中はジューシー､他にはない旨味と甘み。
串に刺さった黒王は大きめで皮が厚めでぷりっとした身､噛めば噛むほど旨味が口の中に広がります。
特に黒王ももたたき､つくね､〆の黒王鶏そばと親子丼が心に残る味わいでした♡
