お正月に伺いました
先ずは前菜
事前にコースを予約済みしていたので、サービスで鯛の中華サラダを頂きました
さっぱり美味いです
フカヒレの姿煮…結構大きなサイズ
でもちょっとクセがあるかも
北京ダック、海老団子のクルトン揚げ…ひと口です
帆立とイカの塩炒め…あっさり美味いです
黒酢の酢豚、海老の甘辛ソース、麻婆豆腐、蟹肉入り炒飯
デザートは、杏仁豆腐
どれも美味しく頂きました♪
ただ、高級ホテル、お正月といった特別感はないです
