福島駅から徒歩6分くらい。
日本初のクラシック音楽専用コンサートホールである、シンフォニーホールの近くにあるイタリアン。
この辺、タワマンも多くマダムやリッチな住人が多い。
羨ましい。。。
「パポッキオ福島本店 」さんはちょくちょく関西ローカル番組でも取り上げられてるらしいね。
イタリアから仕入れた食材も使っていて、内観も料理人も本場さながら。
ピザ持ち帰りもできます〜
マルゲリータD.O.C(税抜2100円)とパスタランチ(1200円くらい？)を注文。
ピザは単品で、パスタランチは前菜とドリンク(コーヒー・紅茶)がついてくる。
ピザやパスタを作っているのを眺めながら、前菜を食べる。
ピザ(マルゲリータD.O.C)は
フレッシュトマト,トマトソース,水牛モッツアレラチーズ,パルメザンチーズ,バジルがトッピングされている。
ピザに使われるチーズは、イタリアから取り寄せているそう。
ナポリピッツアにしては生地が薄いけど、とにかくもちもち！
美味しい。
もちもちで薄いのにちぎれないぎりぎりを攻めている感じ。
なんと言ってもフレッシュなトマトの味がたまらん！
フレッシュなトマトがたくさん使われているのは珍しい。
これは是非食べてほしい。
パスタは自家製ニョッキのナポリ風ラグーソースに。
ボリュームがすごい。笑
こちらも食べ応えのあるモッチモチ感。
良きね〜初めて食べたかも
個人的にはピザが圧倒的に美味しかったかな！
周りにマダムもいて、常連さんもいたので
この辺りの地元に愛されているんやろうなあ
