日曜日の12:00に福島の『ラ・クチネッラ・ディ・ヤマモト』へ。
福島の狭い路地に佇むお店。
隠れ家のような街に溶け込んだイタリアンです。
「本日のパスタランチ(1,200円)」より、「大山地鶏のトマトソースやさい添えスパゲティ」をチョイス。
セットメニューは本日の前菜、パン、スパゲティ、ドリンク。
ドリンクは食後にアイスミルクティーを。
前菜到着。
一口。美味い。
サラダは全ての野菜が新鮮で甘く、酸味のあるドレッシングが相性抜群。
野菜の中に白身魚のカルパッチョ的なものや、スモークされた鰹(鮪？)、上品で味も絶妙なキッシュ、ドライトマトが乗ったピザなど、前菜というよりオードブルに近いバラエティ豊かな料理。

大山地鶏の他には、人参、玉ねぎが見えます。
細かく刻まれたのはズッキーニかな？
こういうお店はパンにも妥協はありません。
小麦の味がしっかりとした香ばしいバゲット。
