If you don't get lost or confused, it's a 2.3 minute walk from Shin-Fukushima Station. Although it is located in an alley where cars cannot enter, it is a famous restaurant that has been listed as one of Tabelog ☆3.56 and 2021 100 Famous Restaurants. I visited the restaurant around 1pm on a Saturday, and the restaurant, which only had table seating, was filled with groups of female customers. Lately, Saturdays and Sundays have been busy. The lunch menu includes a ``Pasta Lunch'' for 1,200 yen and a ``Set Lunch'' for 2,900 yen. I can see why it's popular at lunch parties because it's a full course at this price.I decided on a pasta lunch and chose ``Smoked Shrimp and Vegetable Oil Sauce Spaghetti'' from the two types of that day. The contents are a small course of salad, pasta, baguette, and drink. A feature of this restaurant is that the vegetables are directly delivered from contracted farmers in Wakayama, where the chef's parents live. Pizza or sardine carpaccio with lettuce and radishes? It is a luxurious salad with etc. A lot of vegetables are used, and the vegetables are crunchy, fresh and delicious with a sour dressing. The pasta also uses a lot of vegetables, and it looks gorgeous. I used dried noodles, and they were boiled very well. The crispy smoked shrimp and vegetable oil sauce was also delicious. It came out beautifully with a crispy baguette. The wife of the chef who is in charge of the hall is also cheerful and kind, and I felt that she added a homely essence to the restaurant. I usually prefer a big meal for lunch, but it was a good restaurant that I would like to visit again. It was a feast.
