Our specialty is ``Kushikatsu'', `` Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)'', and ``Kasu Udon'', which are also known as Osaka soul foods. The restaurant originally started as a kushikatsu restaurant, and the owner himself made udon noodles by hand, and the menu, including hot pot and udon noodles, was created based on customer requests.
