辛さが前面に押し出された訳ではなく、優しい味わい
ちゃんと旨味が引き出されておりまさにエスニック
どれも美味しいが、特にサンバーとダルは秀逸♫
だが、やはりお料理をお膳のなかで混ぜ込む文化には
なかなか慣れないものだ、それに料理を素手では掴めない
スタッフさんも心得たもので、美味しく見えるように
特に、汁物の扱いをアドバイスしてくれる
