ラグザ大阪Ｂ１にある魚を使ったラーメンを戴きにお邪魔しますが、火曜日を定休日とする旨の貼り紙が有りました。
昼休みの時間は限りが有りますから、隣接店の此方に入ることにする。
刺激的な店名ですから、同世代の方はタイガーマスクを思い出すのではないだろうか。
ラーメンを食するつもりでしたから、何を戴くか全く考えていない。
この様な時は、お店が推奨されている日替わり定食を戴くに限ります。
入店即、「日替わり」とオーダーを通し、お茶を飲んで待つ。
周りの方々も日替わり定食を頼まれたようで、配膳時の状態を見ると物凄いボリューム。
ご飯を少なめに変更しようと思ったところで、私の料理が配膳されました。。
実は、マーボー麺を初めて食します。
マーボーの丼に箸を入れ、中から麺を引っ張り出す。
マーボーをシャツに飛ばさない様麺を啜る。
ん～、薄い味付けですねぇ。
鶏唐揚げを啄みますが、こちも味付けが薄い。
醤油でもあれば味変出来るのですが、テーブル上には一切の薬味が有りません。
ご飯が炊き立てで旨かった事と、会計終了後に￥３００の割引券を頂けたのは良かったか。
ラグザ大阪内に入っている店舗で、￥８００以上の飲食に出来ますから無茶苦茶助かります。
