仕事の昼食休憩にスムーズに入れたため、軽くランチを攻めてみることに。
以前飲み屋として何度も利用させていただいた「壱屋」さんの福島店です。
少し前から大きな白地ランチ看板を歩道で見掛けるようになって、気にしておりました。
「チキンカツ南蛮定食」を白米大盛で注文。
ランチの宣伝を少し控えめにすれば、いろいろと解決する気はしました。

◆料理・味 3.3
「チキンカツ南蛮定食」はメインが箱型容器での提供。
そのほかサラダ・味噌汁・漬物・白米・小鉢と定食らしい構成です。
チキンカツはわりとジューシー。辛味をほんのりと混ぜ込んでおりました。
タルタルソースは卵よりもマヨネーズ主体の作り。これがカツによく合う。
具材がゴロゴロと含まれるタイプで、刺激系の風味もなく、美味しくいただけました。
味噌汁には見慣れない具材……違うかもしれませんが、薄切りカボチャでしょうか。
あと、白米が美味しかったのは定食として好印象でした。
◆サービス 2.5
フロアスタッフさんは丁寧接客なのですが、運悪くオーダーミスが発生。
単純に自身の休憩時間内に職場に戻れるか不安に。ランチでこういうのは困ります。
（実際は超特急で食べて間に合わせました）
右隣の方は違う料理が運ばれたり、伝票が用意されないなど。
左隣の方は料理提供が相当遅れたようで、店員さんに苦言を伝達されておりました。
加えて客入りも多いためか、厨房からは「無理やって！」といった声が上がるなど。
それを感じるのは自由ですが、表に出されると聞こえた人たちは気分が悪いと思います。
◆雰囲気 3.0
なにわ筋沿い、大阪環状線JR福島駅から徒歩２分ほどの好立地です。
ダイコクドラッグの真隣の細い階段を上がれば入り口があります。
店内は木材基調の造り。少し年季は感じますが、物理的構成はよい感じ。
記憶が確かならば、奥のほうには半個室空間があったと思います。
ただ厨房の慌ただしさがダイレクトに伝わってしまうのはマイナスかもしれません。
BGMは最近の邦楽。LiSA「紅蓮華」など。上記によってほぼ聞こえず。
先客、後客ともにたくさん。繁盛しすぎもどうなのかという一例でした。

昔に飲み屋利用したときの印象は、
・店員さんが気さく
・締めの鶏スープがだいぶ美味しい
というものでした。
それだけに今回の疲れる食事は残念でした。運が悪かっただけと信じたいです。
