この日のランチは福島「Tenerezza」へ。
大阪、福島、聖天通りにあるイタリア料理屋さん「Tenerezza(テレネッツァ)」に家族で行ってきましたよ。
僕と子供は「パスタランチセット」を、嫁さんは「ピッツァランチセット」を頂きました。
パスタランチは、サラダ、パン、窯焼き野菜、パスタが付くランチ、ピッツァランチは、サラダ、パン、窯焼き野菜、ピッツァが付くランチでした。
パスタは、僕は「鶏ひき肉とブロッコリーのトマトソース」を、子供は「魚とオコのクリームソース」を、嫁さんのピッツァは、「ボスカイオーラ」の「ナポリタイプ」にしましたよ。
ここ、「Tenerezza」は、「500°Cの石窯で焼く国産小麦の窯焼きピッツァや窯焼き料理」が自慢のお店なのだそうです。
店内は奥にテーブル席とカウンター席。お店を入ってすぐにもカウンター席とテーブル席があって、外から見るより結構広い店内でした。
さて、
ここの前菜は、窯焼き野菜が主役でした。
野菜本来の味を感じられる窯焼き野菜がほんとイイ感じでしたよ。
トマトソースパスタは、スパゲッティーニですかね。アルデンテに茹でられたパスタは、トマトトマトしたソースではなく、鶏ミンチの旨味がしっかり感じられる味付けでしたわ。ボリュームもしっかりあって、とても満足なパスタでしたよ。
そして、窯焼きのピッツァも少しもらって食べましたが。ピッツァ、最高でした。
