久しぶりに伺いましたが前回と同じ印象でした。
冷製のごぼうのポタージュはあっさりといい感じ、パルメザンチーズを使ったレタスのサラダも旨味あり、パンは柔らか目、細かい粒で少し歯にくっつくけれどパスタのオイルを良く吸ってくれる。
ホタテとエビのオイルパスタを選びました。
お昼は価格を抑え過ぎているためか、ホタテもエビもちっちゃいのでダシの出が少ないようで塩もきつめで、茹で時間管理が難しそうな細めのパスタを使っておられました。
もうちょい値上げしたら一層良くなると思いますが価格も売りなのでしょう。
