かなり以前からお伺いしている大阪は福島の焼き鳥屋さん。福島には数多くの有名店があるが、まだそれらのお店には伺えておらず…
とは言っても此方の地鶏のクオリティはかなりのモノ！
ただすこし鮮度が落ちたかも？？
こちらではいつでもソリレスが頂けるのは有難い。やっぱり鶏肉でソリレスは最高に美味い部位かと。
また白肝のパテも秀逸。
