平日のエルビスコステロのコンサートの帰り。
大黒屋さんで飲んで、もう一軒行こうと言う事ですぐ近くのこちらのお店に。
時間は既に10時半。
タクシーの運ちゃんの囁き声が聞こえ始めたなあ。(^◇^;)
いらんし、その囁き。（笑）
飲み友さんはどうか知らんけど、私はかなり出来上がっております。どうせまた帰り際に「カムサハムニダ！」って言うて出ていくのは目に見えとります。
もうほぼ閉店時間なのでお客さんは僕ら以外に1組だけ。
まだ行けますか？と聞くと大丈夫な様子。
こちらは12時までやられてる模様。
とりあえず、また原点に帰り戻り生ビール注文して、
突き出しが中々ええですな。
地鶏の焼いたものか何が忘れましたけど美味かったです。結構突き出しが美味いとテンション上がりますな。その逆もあるけど（笑）
鶏刺しの盛り合わせの様な物をいただきました。
豪華！
またまた先程の大黒屋さんに続きたまたま入った店が大当たり？
福島の商店街は大当たり通りかいな？（笑）
まあ、それだけレベルが高い言う事でしょうな。
これはしかしアルコールで麻痺した舌で食べる料理ではないですな。盛り付けが綺麗で見るからに新鮮で何か料理に申し訳ない。
再度ビールで歪んだ舌を浄化して美味しくいただきました。
シラフの一軒目で味わったらもっと美味しく頂けた様な気がします。
お次は串物。
これも美味かった。
料理のレベル高いですね。
チェーン店の様ですけど、まあ元々料理が美味いからチェーン店化するのであって、チェーン店をチープシックな味で評価する世の批評は如何なものかと。
その間に酎ハイレモン。
レモンがたっぷりのええやつ！
次の日思いっきり二日酔いでしたけど、さっきの店で慣れない白波を飲んだか、この酎ハイを飲みまくったか？
真相は闇の闇でございます。（笑）
最後はお店のお勧め的な白肝のパテ。
これは絶品やったなあ、ホンマ！
オーナーが試行錯誤の末に編み出したメニューらしいです。
厳密にはもう一品オーダーしましたが、写真がぶれてて何が何やら分からず割愛。
結局ラストオーダーまで頼んで、お店を出たのは12時ぐらいやったかなあ〜
案の定「カムサハムニダ！」って店を出て、気が付いたら「お客さん、着きましたよ、どの辺ですか？」の運ちゃんの声。
気持ち良く寝てたのに…
まあ、そういう試行錯誤の人生を日々歩んでますわ（笑）
今日もええ酒有難う、お酒の神様。
明日はもうちょっと上品にお酒を飲みます…
