今回はお客様との会食、６名の個室利用でこちらを訪問。
コースは感謝コース。
前菜7種盛り合わせ、ふかひれの姿煮込み ～上海蟹味噌入りソース～、オマール海老と烏賊（イカ）の塩味炒め ～XO醤風味～、牛ロース肉のオイスターソース ～金沙とともに～、鮭と野菜の甘味噌蒸し ～北京ダックを添えて～、蟹肉と茸のあんかけ焼きそば、デザート3種盛り合わせ
さすがにホテルの中華です。接客などは非常に丁寧でした。
肝心の味も無難な感じです。
