ホテル阪神の中華料理レストランにお邪魔しました。
■前菜4種盛り合わせ
干し豆腐
小魚の甘辛煮
有頭海老の翡翠ソース
焼豚
■ズワイ蟹入りふかひれスープ
■～あんず香る～ 豚フィレ肉の甘味噌炒め 蒸しパン添え
■海老と烏賊の柚子塩炒め
■鶏肉の四川唐辛子煮込み

杏仁豆腐
前菜、スープまでは上品な薄味で美味しかった。
豚フィレ肉の甘味噌炒めも美味しいが、ちょっと味付け辛い。
海老と烏賊の柚子塩炒めも美味しいが、少し塩気強いか。
鶏肉の四川唐辛子煮込みは、辛いのが苦手だというと、甘酢餡かけに変えてくださいました。
しかし、甘酢もやっぱり塩辛い。
あんかけご飯も塩分強い。
スープの旨味が薄くて、味付けの塩分が増えるのか。
薄味の自分にはちょっと合いませんでした。
