ホテルの部屋は涼しいしメインが冷麺なので、温かい蒸し物がこのタイミングででてくるのは嬉しいです。ぷりぷりの烏賊に、さっぱりしたシークワーサーの風味、でもこくがある。

醤油エスプーマ冷麺が美味しい～！これだけでしっかりした味わいがあるんです。
つるつるのたっぷりの細麺にクリーミーな醤油エスプーマ。香草やかりっとした揚げた春巻きの皮のようなトッピングがまたよい働きをしています。
海老、鰻、蒸し鶏、鱧の煮こごりで合わせるおかずが豪華！山椒やラー油で辛さを加えたり。ベースの醤油エスプーマ麺に変化を与えます。
そして黒胡麻ソースが美味しすぎる、、、。あまりにもおいしくて、この黒胡麻ソースを瓶詰にして販売してほしいほど！
オプションのデザートスムージー「マンゴースムージー～ココナツ香る杏仁豆腐とともに～」
スムージーときいてドリンクだけか、、、と思ったらもったいない素晴らしいデザート！
土台にはミルキーな杏仁豆腐、その上のマンゴースムージーがソースのようになっていて美味しいのです。こちらが500円ですがアンケートに答えると300円なので絶対値打ちあり。
