お料理が美味しいのは、もちろんのこと
感銘を受けたのが、お店の建物の雰囲気です
伺った時、店内は満席だったので
待つのかなと思いきや
2階に案内していただきました
この2階の個室の状態が素晴らしく
思わず見惚れてしまいました♡
梁を活かした天井が美しい
都会の一等地にこんな状態の古民家が残っているのかと感動しました
不動産関係の仕事をしているので
毎日いろんな物件を見ているのですが
お店は間口の狭い路地状地に建っており
住宅を建てる土地としては、あまりよい土地とは
言えません
ところが福島の飲食店として活用すると
この路地が隠れ家としての効果があり
テラス席を設置されることで開放的ですらあります
お料理のセンスもバツグンですが
不動産を活かすセンスも秀逸です
また、ゆっくり伺いたいお店です
